Tuck In: Fruit Popsicles with coconut milk

It's summer - finally! What better way to celebrate than with a delicious, healthy, cooling ol'pop.
These popsicles are very easy to make, will keep you cool and also fill you up with essential nutrients.


Ingredients:

Ice cream: 1 can coconut milk
                 1/4 raw cane sugar

frozen fruit
finely chopped herbs(lavender, rosemary, thyme etc.)

1. Fill popsicle moulds with small pieces of chopped fruit and herbs.
2. Blend coconut milk and sugar, until smooth.
3. Pour mixture into moulds and add wooden sticks.
4. Freeze overnight.
