Snack Time: Baked Apple Chips

It's the season to be jolly.

Holiday season means lazy days, great company and relaxation. No one wants to stay in the kitchen and prepare fare for guests(some uninvited) that show up at the doorstep. So you grab a bag of peanuts, a party pack of Lays and a cream cheese dip. Then you wonder why at the start of the new year you look and feel like this.

Thank goodness for baked apple chips.

This baked apple chips recipe is the perfect snack to serve to the great aunt with diabetes, the vegan second cousin and the full of shit hipster nephew.

Start by preheating the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
Core three apples and slice into thin discs.
Place on a lined baking sheet.
Mix 1 Tbs sugar with 1 tsp cinnamon and sprinkle mixture on top of apples.
Bake for 1 hour, flip the apples and bake for another hour.
Remove from oven to rest and serve with plain Greek yogurt and honey.
